A borrowing and courier system is in place (PASCAL Delivers) so that a student at USC Upstate needing a book her library does not have can request it from the College of Charleston. A Clemson student can borrow a book from USC. A faculty member at Florence-Darlington Tech can have a book from Greenville Tech in-hand in three days.

Beginning fall semester 2018, full-time undergraduate students from South Carolina will pay $6,209 per semester. Out-of-state, full-time undergraduate students will pay $15,800 per semester.
