In honor of Constitution Day, The College of Charleston will host a discussion examining crime and mediation.

The lecture will be held on September 17, 2009 in the Tate Center in room 207 starting at 3:00 p.m. Jill E. M. HaLevi, co-founder of the Mediation and Meeting Center of Charleston will present the lecture entitled “Criminals and Victims — Is Mediation Possible?”

A discussion will be held following the lecture.

The eventis free and open to the public. Constitution Day celebrates the signing of the U.S. Constitution on Sept. 17, 1787. The day honors the legacy of the 39 men who signed the document and also gives citizens a chance to reflect on the laws it set in place.
