The College of Charleston has received an anonymous gift of $250,000 to fund two scholarships and support two programs.

The gift will include $175,000 to establish  two (2), four-year merit-based scholarships, $50,000 for the College’s new MBA program and $25,000 to expand the Bonner Leaders Program.

“This gift will continue to help the College attract some of the best and the brightest students,” says College of Charleston Provost George Hynd. “ Gifts of this kind and the generosity of our alumni and friends bring distinction to the College of Charleston as an institution that supports the education of some of the best students in the country”.

The two scholarships will be awarded in Spring, 2011.
