Clyburn to speak at College of Charleston program – The State

U.S. Rep. Jim Clyburn will be the keynote speaker at a pre-college program at the College of Charleston on March 24.

Clyburn, a Democrat whose congressional district includes parts of Charleston, will address Upward Bound and other pre-college program participants during a luncheon scheduled to be held at 12:30 p.m. at the Stern Center ballroom.
