The sixth-seeded College of Charleston men’s basketball team will face fourth-seeded Wichita State in the quarterfinals of the NIT on Wednesday, March 23, at 7 p.m. (ET) before an expected sell-out crowd at the Charles Koch Arena in Wichita, Kansas.

The Cougars (26-10) and Shockers (26-8) will play before a nationally-televised audience on ESPN2. College of Charleston  is making its first-ever appearance in the quarterfinals under fifth-year head coach Bobby Cremins.

The winner will move on to compete against the winner of second-seeded Washington State (21-12) or fourth-seeded Northwestern (20-13) in the NIT semifinals to be played on Tuesday, March 29, at 7 or 9 p.m. at the world-famous Madison Square Garden in New York City.
