The College of Charleston will host a Junior Preview Day for prospective students and their families on Saturday, April 21, 2012 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Junior Preview Day is recommended for high school juniors to find out first hand what life is like at the College. Everyone is invited, but please register. Bring a friend, your parents, your siblings-but not your bulldog (they don’t get along with Cougars!).
There will be a schedule of events for the interested students to experience throughout the day. Students will have the chance to meet representatives from academic programs and learn about student services, clubs, and organizations. Rooms will be available to view in each campus freshmen residence hall, and campus tours are available.
“This is a wonderful chance for high school students to get a taste of a current student’s life at the College of Charleston,” said Susan Oakes, Associate Director of Admissions. “Once students check out our campus and find out more about the lifestyle, I know they will not regret it!”
