Watch Shepard Fairey and his crew install and paint murals on College Lodge and other buildings in downtown Charleston.
The video, Awaken the Wall, was directed by the College’s own Dave Brown. The video accompanies the exhibition The Insistent Image: Recurrent Motifs in the Art of Shepard Fairey and Jasper Johns.
Organized by the Halsey Institute of Contemporary Art in the College of Charleston School of the Arts, the exhibition runs May 22 – July 12, 2014.
