The College of Charleston women’s golf team repeated as Colonial Athletic Association champions on March 19, 2015.

They put together rounds of 302-290-289 to finish at +17. The team now has seven tournament wins, two conference championship titles and two automatic NCAA Regional berths in consecutive years.

It marked the first time in program history the Cougars have won back-to-back conference championship trophies and their third overall championship after winning in 2006 (SoCon) and 2014 (CAA). The Cougars will head to NCAA Regionals in back-to-back years for the first time since doing so in 2006 and 2007.

The Cougars will learn of their postseason regional assignment as the 2015 NCAA Division I Women’s Golf Championship is announced on Monday, April 27. NCAA Regionals will be held May 7-9 at one-of-four site locations across the country, which include Raleigh, N.C. (NC State), South Bend, Ind. (Notre Dame), San Antonio, Texas (UTSA), and St. George, Utah (BYU).
