Of course mounds of crispy french fries and slice after slice of pepperoni pizza are delicious, but what if you wanted something a little lighter for lunch or dinner?

Perhaps something from a delicious, made-your-way Mediterranean menu crafted by a celebrity chef? Then stop by OLILO in the Stern Student Center Food Court. The new addition comes from the mind of Iron Chef Cat Cora. The Food Network star teamed up with Aramark to bring build-your-own grain bowls to campuses and corporate dining halls across the country.

“OLILO could fit anywhere on the street of New York or L.A. or anywhere else,” says Cora. “It’s such a fantastic concept across the board.”

Bowls start with a base of kale, spinach and arugula. Diners can decide to add a quinoa tabbouleh plus a protein such as falafel, lemon rosemary chicken or grilled salmon. Then, there’s a wealth of other add-ons to top off a healthy meal.

Spice up your lunch with Mediterranean spread selections such as hummus, tzatziki or harissa and then go for multiple toppings of feta, banana peppers, Kalamata olives, a cucumber tomato salad and more. The result is an Instagram-worthy meal for under $10.

“It’s really something you could eat every day,” Cora says.
