The College of Charleston Center for Creative Retirement is currently offering registration for the summer term of its Charleston Area Lifelong Learning (CALL) program.

All classes meet for 90 minutes weekly during the month of June on either Mondays or Tuesdays. Courses offered include Satellites, Experiencing Hubble: Understanding the Greatest Images of the Universe, The Middle East, WWI – From Box Kites to Fighter Planes, Come as You Are: Begginer’s Acrylic, and Museum Masterpieces: The Louvre. All classes are $25 and registration may be done online.

Located on the College of Charleston North Campus at 3800 Paramount Dr. in North Charleston, S.C., the Center for Creative Retirement is made up of a diverse group of senior citizens – some retired, some about to retire – for whom education is a lifelong learning adventure meant to be shared.
