Linda Gradstein, National Public Radio’s correspondent in Jerusalem, will speak Thursday in Columbia on the latest prospects for peace in the Middle East.

Her talk, “Is it Finally Time for an Israeli-Palestine Peace Deal?” at the Katie and Irwin Kahn Jewish Community Center, is sponsored by the Columbia Jewish Federation and the Yaschik/Arnold Jewish Studies Program at the College of Charleston.

Gradstein, who has spent two decades in Israel, is in residence at the College of Charleston as the first Norman and Gerry Sue Arnold Distinguished Visiting Chair in Jewish Studies. The State asked Gradstein this week about her take on the latest round of talks.
