The November lodging report completed by the Office of Tourism Analysis in the College of Charleston’s School of Business showed a nearly 13 percent increase in occupancy rate for November and a nearly 7 percent increase in average daily rate paid for those rooms on the downtown peninsula. The month showed positive results across the county.
