The College of Charleston will present a Civil War discussion with British scholar Roland Quinault on Feb. 18.
Quinault will speak on ‘Winston Churchill and the American Civil War’ at 4 p.m. in Alumni Hall in the School of Education building. Quinault is the Fulbright-Robertson Visiting Professor in British history at Westminster College, Fulton, Mo. Quinault also is a senior research fellow at the Institute of Historical Research, University of London. The lecture is free.
