CHARLESTON, S.C. — Several 80-year-old murals have been found in a theater owned by the College of Charleston.
The Post and Courier of Charleston reports the murals were found recently in the college’s Sottile (so-TILL-ee) Theater used by the college and for some Spoleto USA Festival performances.
Two of the murals show the seven muses. Each measure 15 by 27 feet.
