A coalition is having a news conference Wednesday to honor women in South Carolina who fought for women’s rights. A networking luncheon at Trinity Cathedral will follow. The speaker will be College of Charleston associate provost Lynne Ford, author of “Women and Politics: The Pursuit of Equality.”
