CHARLESTON, S.C. — Nobel Prize laureate Elie Wiesel says those who tried to bring mankind to a better place after the horrors of the Holocaust have failed.
The Post and Courier of Charleston reports (http://bit.ly/nqaZIC) that Wiesel told two audiences at the College of Charleston on Sunday that the world is still capable of war and hatred, pointing to the genocide in Rwanda and Darfur.
