Roberto Ando (Viva la Liberta), Marina Spada (MyTomorrow), Luca Ragazzi (Italy: Love it or Leave it) and Bill Emmott (Girlfriend in a Coma) will join the audience to speak about their films, the entertainment industry in Italy and Italian politics.

“We are thrilled to bring the festival back this year,” Professor Giovanna De Luca said. “This is such a culturing experience for the community and something our students really get excited about.”updatedversion960

The 2013 NCIFF will host panel discussions and meet-and-greet sessions throughout followed by an award ceremony on November 10.

More than 600 students and many community members attended the 2012 NCIFF, and De Luca is anticipating a similar showing this year. “Some of these films have won awards all over the world. They’re the best pieces from the Italian film industry we could hope to present, and it’s wonderful to have the filmmakers here,” De Luca said.

Tickets will be available at the Sottile Theatre box office prior to each filming.
