More than 400 students will receive their degrees during the College of Charleston’s Winter Commencement on December 14, 2013.
Anita Zucker, chairperson and CEO of the InterTech Group, will be the commencement speaker. Spoleto Festival U.S.A General Manager Nigel Redden will receive an honorary degree during the ceremony.
The ceremony will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the TD Arena. Guest seating in the arena will begin at 12:30 p.m.
Garage parking will be available in the core of campus at the following location for a special event rate of $5.00 per vehicle: the new George Street Parking Garage, located on St. Philip Street between George and Liberty Streets (between CVS and Liberty Street Fresh Food Company).
Please note that guests parking in this garage will be required to present their commencement programs upon exiting the garage to be eligible for the special rate. The $5.00 rate will be available only to vehicles that enter and exit the garage on December 14, 2013.
