The Global Business Resource Center at the College of Charleston, in partnership with the World Trade Center Charleston, is offering a free business seminar on financing exports.
The event will be held from 8:30 a.m. to noon on June 26, 2014, in the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce Boardroom, 4500 Leeds Ave., North Charleston.

The session will teach attendees about the Export-Import Bank, the official export credit agency of the United States, and how to use this resource to help finance the export of U.S. goods and services to international markets.
The featured speakers are: Michael K. Jackson, Director of City/State Partners & Small Business, Export-Import Bank of the United States; Charlotte Starfire, Director of Trade and Supply Chain Finance at Bank of America; Angela Johnson, President, Export Insurance Services, Inc.; and Tom Lauria, Area Manager, Small Business Development Center.
