“We have some variety in our schedule this year,” said head coach Amy Seago. “The main objective, of course, is for the team to perform optimally at the conference championship in November.”
The Cougars kick off their season on Aug. 29, 2014, at the Coastal Carolina Invitational, a 5k event in Conway, S.C.

The Cougars will get their first look at the conference championship course when they head to the Cod Fish Bowl Meets in Boston on Sept. 27, 2014.
The postseason kicks off on Nov. 1, 2014, when the College heads back to Boston for the CAA Championships.
“We are looking to improve upon our 2013 season,” said Seago. “Our seniors are extremely motivated to end on a high note and our incoming class is eager to add to the mix. Both our men’s and our women’s teams have a talented core and I expect us to have our best team effort in the history of the program this season.”
