The College of Charleston’s Cougar Activities Board (CAB) is proud to welcome the comedy group Preferred Parking to campus October 29, 2014 at 7 p.m. in the Theodore S. Preferred Parking, a group comprising Drew Lynch and Samuel J. Comroe, focuses its material on the challenges of being disabled – Lynch developed a stutter after one of his vocal chords became paralyzed, and Comroe has had Tourette Syndrome his whole life (causing him to twitch involuntarily).
The two comedians are applauded for the earnest and hilarious way they discuss their experiences with these challenges.
The Preferred Parking comedy show is one of many events CAB has brought to campus during the fall 2014 semester. Still to come is holiday craft night, a beard and mustache competition and a screening of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part I, among others.
