With Thanksgiving on the horizon and people starting to panic over incoming relatives and plans for cooking the big meal, the College asked some of its youngest students at the N.E. Miles Early Childhood Development Center what they like to eat on the holiday, how to cook the perfect turkey, and what, exactly, they are thankful for in 2014.

One conclusion we reached is that the kids certainly enjoy turkey, though they seem to be more familiar with how to eat the large bird than how to cook it.
The College’s ECDC program, which for 40 years has served as a demonstration program and laboratory school for the College as part of the School of Education, Health, and Human Performance, is enjoying their own Thanksgiving feast this week with teachers and fellow students before taking a break for the holiday.
