Exam Week begins Dec. 2, 2014, and the Center for Student Learning is offering a variety of free activities and resources to help students cope with exam-related stress.

Held during the final week of classes each fall and spring semester, Cougar Countdown offers academic support, physical support, emotional support and fun activities for students.

Cougar-Countdown-Puppies-embedThe activities are designed to encourage students to approach exams with a healthy and positive attitude. This year, students can enjoy everything from mini massages and Zumba classes to Yoga and free coffee.

Other highlights include:

  • Ask a Prof! Last Minute Q and A with Faculty – 1 p.m. – 4 p.m., Dec. 2, Addlestone Library
  • Holiday on the Green! A Holiday Cookie Decorating Party – 1 p.m. – 3 p.m., Dec. 3, Rivers Green
  • Pancakes with the President! Hosted by President McConnell and the Executive Team – 8 a.m. – 11 a.m., Dec. 4., Rivers Green
  • Pets for Less Stress/Puppies on the Green! Hosted by Pet Helpers, Noon – 3 p.m., Dec. 5, Rivers Green
