William Moore Flyer 2015The conference features presentations by students studying political science, international studies, arts management and more. This year’s keynote speaker will be Sam Johnson, special assistant to the mayor of Columbia, S.C.

Panel discussions begin at 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and are open to all.

The conference honors the late Bill Moore, who taught political science at the College for 37 years. In 2009, his family created the William V. Moore Endowed Scholarship Fund that provides a renewable scholarship to a student who demonstrates a commitment to improve the quality of life for all South Carolinians.
