A small group of students accompanied geology professor John Chadwick to the Galapagos Islands and Ecuador in June 2015 for a course called Volcanoes in the Footsteps of Darwin. While there, the group experienced the area’s natural beauty and diverse wildlife to the fullest, even witnessing playful sea lions under water, tortoises lounging on the sand and dolphins cruising around nearby.
