College of Charleston Head Soccer Coach Ralph Lundy has signed a four-year contract extension that runs through the 2019 season.
In his 29th season as head coach of the men’s soccer program, Lundy has led the Cougars to 19 winning seasons, five conference championships and five NCAA Tournament appearances. College of Charleston has also been nationally ranked as high as No. 17 in the Soccer America Top 25 Poll in his tenure.
“We are so pleased that Ralph Lundy will continue as our soccer coach,” Director of Athletics Joe Hull said. “He is an exceptional coach who has an amazing passion for College of Charleston Soccer and the young men on his team. Through his camps, his involvement with youth soccer and his coaching career, Ralph has been a positive force in the lives of thousands of soccer players.”
Lundy has amassed 432 career wins during his career. He currently ranks No. 4 among active NCAA Division I head coaches in career victories.
