The College of Charleston’s Cougar Card Services and the Office of Parking Services are temporarily relocating to the southeast corner of Liberty Street Fresh Food Co. on Liberty Street while their current space on St. Philip Street adjacent to Joe E. Berry Jr. Residence Hall receives updates and renovations.
“The spaces currently occupied by Cougar Card and Parking services will be renovated to create a centralized customer service office for business and auxiliary services,” says Amy Orr, director of the College’s business and auxiliary services. “We aim to improve the level of service we provide to campus through this consolidated front-line customer service office.”
Both offices will be closed on Thursday, Jan. 30, 2020, for the move. They will resume regular business hours (8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.) on Friday, Jan. 31, 2020.
Cougar Card Services and the Office of Parking Services will operate from the new location, formerly the Faculty and Staff Dining Room, until further notice. The entrance can be accessed from 8 Liberty St.
