With a new name and a new look, the College of Charleston’s Office of Campus Services remains at your service.
Formerly known as the Office of Business and Auxiliary Services, the Office of Campus Services still functions as the administrator and manager of the following programs, services and contracts: Campus Housing, Dining Services, Cougar Cards, the College of Charleston Bookstore, mail and passport services, parking and transportation, the Copy Center, insurance, contracts, lease management, vending and the Sottile Theatre.
And now Campus Services is further enhancing the CofC campus experience through its new office, Campus Services HQ. As a resource for information and answers to questions regarding parking, transportation, meal plans, vending, campus housing, lost room keys and Cougar Cards, Campus Services HQ is the go-to place for taking care of business at the College of Charleston.
“The goal for Campus Services HQ is to make the transition to campus life easy and successful for new students and to make current students’ and employees’ campus experiences as enriching and rewarding as possible,” says Director of Campus Services Amy Orr ’95, noting that – while Parking Services and Cougar Card Services will no longer be freestanding offices – Campus Services HQ will seamlessly meet these needs for the CofC community. “Having everything in one place not only streamlines our services, but also allows us to focus on our customers and help them accomplish their goals in an efficient and fiscally responsible manner.”
Campus Services HQ will be housed in a refreshed space at 162 Calhoun Street, opening this fall. A web-based customer-service platform for Campus Services HQ will be launched in the coming months.
In the meantime, the campus community is invited to explore the Office of Campus Services website, visit Campus Services HQ, check out updates on the College’s Back on the Bricks plan for fall 2020 or reach out via email at campusservices@cofc.edu or via phone at 843.953.1100.
