Big celebrations might be off the table this holiday season, but that doesn’t mean we can’t get into the holiday spirit and catch up with our loved ones. This year, holiday cards are the perfect socially distanced tradition to spread some cheer and connect with friends and family – and the College of Charleston Copy Center makes it easy and convenient for students, faculty and staff!
That’s right: In addition to business printing orders, the Copy Center can assist with personal printing needs, too!
“I use the Copy Center almost every year to print my holiday cards. I’ve also used them to print other artwork and cards I’ve designed over the years,” says Jen Stevens, administrative coordinator for the Division of Business Affairs, whose 2020 holiday card design is pictured above. “The staff has always been super friendly and accommodating and are much more pleasant to work with than other printing services I’ve interacted with around town. Plus, I love to support CofC and the Copy Center!”
The Copy Center can print folded or flat (4”x6” or 5”x7”) holiday cards and announcements, with optional matching envelopes (mail merges are available). Customers may order as few or as many copies as they would like.
The cost for cards ranges from $.09 to less than $1 per card and envelopes are $.35 to $.50 a piece with black or color printing, respectively. Personal checks and Cougar Cards with Cougar Cash (using the Copy Center’s Cougar Card Request Form) are accepted.
Most jobs can be completed within 24 hours. Orders can be picked up from the Copy Center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. or from a secure, contactless locker in the Office of Mail Services.
