At a virtual ceremony on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, more than 30 College of Charleston students, staff, faculty and community members received 2021 Excellence in Collegiate Education and Leadership (ExCEL) Awards in recognition of their commitment to creating a campus environment that promotes diversity and excellence.

The ceremony, held via Microsoft Teams, also recognized the 2020 ExCEL Awards recipients, as the 2020 ceremony was cancelled due to the pandemic.

The College of Charleston Office of Multicultural Student Programs and Services coordinates the ExCEL Awards program.

Congratulations to all of these impressive CofC community members, and thank you for making the College a better place.
