Due to the rise of COVID-19 Delta variant cases and in compliance with the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and event protocols put in place by the College of Charleston, the second annual Women for Women Summit (W4W) presented by the College of Charleston School of Business has been postponed until the spring of 2022. The one-day event had been scheduled to take place on Sept. 23, 2021.

“As you can image, this is a very difficult decision for us after months of planning and preparation,” says Joanna Lau, Lau Acquisition Corporation founder and Women for Women co-founder. “We felt that it is important for the safety of our participants and staff that we don’t take any chances. We will not let this pandemic deter our powerful community connection. We look forward to seeing you in the spring.”

Opportunities to celebrate, elevate, share and connect with women from across South Carolina are crucial in the quest to embrace change and inspire a new generation of women to become leaders in their fields and industries. The Summit is open to all women and supporters – no matter their level of experience or profession – who want to network with like-minded women, learn new skills and be inspired.
