College of Charleston Campus Services is excited to share another way they are enhancing the campus experience for students and employees.

Campus Services HQ‘s new online customer service solution, Let’s Talk, makes it easy to ask important questions about Cougar Cards, meal plans and dining, parking, transportation, mail services and passports. Through this platform, Campus Services HQ can also answer questions about the College of Charleston Bookstore, the Copy Center, the George Street Box Office and the Sottile Theatre.

“This new customer service platform highlights our commitment to elevating the campus experience for our College of Charleston family,” says Amy Orr, director of Campus Services. “It allows us to take care of people when they have an immediate need and it also lets us see trends that we can address proactively for the future.”
