MyCharleston Service Portal Set to Decommission on June 30

MyCharleston, the College of Charleston’s previous services portal, will be decommissioned effect June 30, 2023, and will no longer be accessible after that date.

Services and resources previously available through MyCharleston will now be available in alternative locations such as:

• MyPortal: for access to applications like eBill, OAKS, Self Service Banner and Degree Works
• The Hub: for internal communications, files and news
• The Knowledge Base: for instructional and how-to resources
• CougarEd: for training

The Division of Information Technology is working to provide more enhanced functionalities, improved security features and a more intuitive interface for future iterations of MyPortal. For questions or need assistance, visit the Service Desk website at help.cofc.edu.
