Between a busy schedule of events for Weeks of Welcome (Aug. 19–Sept. 30, 2023), the Panhellenic Bid Day and the opening of La Vaughn Belle’s exhibition, When the Land Meets the Body, at the College’s Halsey Institute of Contemporary Art, it’s been a busy week at the College of Charleston!
As part of the College’s Weeks of Welcome, the Office of Multicultural Student Programs and Services hosted “Leave Your Mark,” a fun and interactive way for students to showcase inclusion and community on campus by leaving a painted handprint along with their names and class years on a banner that will be displayed at the Multicultural Center.
