Between Blocktoberfest and the outdoor showing of Hocus Pocus, fall has definitely been in the air at the College of Charleston! Even with all that fun, students still managed to think about their futures at the Career Center Graduate School Fair and even squeeze in a mini-service project benefitting the families at the Ronald McDonald House. Top that off with a soiree for patrons of the arts, and you can safely say that campus has offered something for everyone this week!

At the Career Center Graduate School Fair, students connected with representatives from over 30 colleges and universities offering a wide range of graduate programs. Along with providing tips on crafting standout personal statements and securing strong letters of recommendation, experts were on hand to answer questions about admission requirements, scholarships and the application process. Students cozied up with their blankets for an outdoor showing of Hocus Pocus at the CABflix & Chill movie night in the Stern Center Garden. With candy, popcorn and sodas on hand, the event had all the fun of a drive-in movie theater – just without the car! (Photos by Mary Muldoon)
