Hosted by the Academic Advising and Planning Center, the Majors and Minors Fair brought academic departments from all across campus together in one place so that students could speak to faculty and student representatives, learn about the various academic journeys they can take at the College – and even smash a few geodes while they were at it! Say, “Cheese!” The College of Charleston Cheese Club gathered in the Stern Center Garden for some lighthearted fun and a smorgasbord of cheeses from around the world. (Photos by Catie Cleveland)
In support of the Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry, the Center for Civic Engagement’s first Pop-Up Service event of the semester focused on building STEM kits for preschoolers. Helping different local nonprofit organizations with a mini-service project, these Pop-Up Service events are held every month and are open to all students, faculty and staff.
