Pam Mayer, an adjunct professor of psychology at the College of Charleston and executive leadership coach, will teach a course this spring designed to help organizational leaders identify and maximize their strengths.
The course, “Leading Teams for Impact: Executive Coaching and Assessment Tools,” is being offered by the College’s School of Professional Studies from May 18-20, 2016. All classes will take place at the Tate Center, located at 5 Liberty St. on the College’s main campus. Applications are due March 31, 2016.
An expert in organizational leadership and a consulting psychologist, Mayer is co-author of the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile, an assessment tool that measures the personalities and skills of entrepreneurial leadership.
