Environmental science gets a deeper pool to plumb at the College of Charleston, thanks to a grant from MeadWestvaco.
The timber and packaging company has given the college $25,000 to develop a collection of research materials at its libraries to support a program on ecosystems and ecological habitats that is one of the fastest-growing majors at the college, according to a news release by the college Media Relations relations department.
