Looking to keep the warm and fuzzy feelings of Thanksgiving going through the holiday weekend? Well, if a tasty helping of early 2000s nostalgia and quality mother-daughter bonding warms your heart, then you’re in luck!
Netflix is reprising the hit TV series Gilmore Girls with a four-part miniseries Gilmore Girls: A year in the Life debuting on Nov. 25, 2016. Want even better news? CofC alum Matt Czuchry ’99 will be rejoining the cast as Logan Huntzberger, the former love interest of the younger Gilmore Girl, Rory. His return to Stars Hollow follows Czuchry’s successful turn portraying ambitious, young lawyer Cary Agos on the CBS drama The Good Wife from 2009 to 2016.

Czuchry originally portrayed media heir Huntzberger from 2004 to 2007. In the lead up to the series finale, Czuchry’s character proposed to Rory Gilmore only to be rejected. The Netflix reprisal picks up nearly 10 years later – and the question on everyone’s mind is whether Logan and Rory will reunite. Czuchry recently told reporters with Entertainment Tonight that he’s been sworn to secrecy until the new episodes premiere. So, we’ll have to wait and see.
