The Staff Advisory Committee to the President (SAC) invites staff to a virtual drop-in to celebrate Cougar Spirit Day this Friday, May 1, 2020, from 12:30โ1:30 p.m. via Zoom. The drop-in will begin with a couple of breakout rooms, followed by a brief talk by Men’s Head Basketball Coach Earl Grant and a virtual raffle for a prize from the College of Charleston Bookstore.
“We know how incredibly busy everyone is right now, but we also know how important it is to stay connected, so we hope youโll take the time to drop in on Friday,”ย says Melantha Ardrey, director of residence life and chair of SAC. “We are excited to find ways for staff to stay connected and engaged during this time.”
In celebration of Cougar Spirit Day this Friday, staff and faculty are also invited to post pictures of themselves in their Cougar gear to Instagram and tag @CofC_SAC. Those who don’t have an Instagram account but still want to submit a picture may do so by emailing their photos to sac@cofc.edu.

In addition to the Cougar Spirit Day drop-ins and SAC’s new Instagram account (@cofc_sac), SAC is offering multiple opportunities for College of Charleston employees to engage with one another via Zoom.
