College of Charleston Vice President of Access and Inclusion Rénard Harris and Associate Vice President of the Academic Experience Lynne Ford recently completed the EAB (formerly the Education Advisory Board) Rising Higher Education Leaders Fellowship.

A nine-month cohort-based experience that aims to build community, the EAB fellowship develops a depth of expertise in the topics and issues that matter most to institutional strategy, and provide focused professional skills development from EAB industry experts.

Each fellow completes a capstone project on a topic of interest to their home institutions with the support of EAB resources, advancing a key institutional priority while building a network and community of practice.

Harris and Ford were among 18 fellows from 12 institutions to form the inaugural cohort.
