As part of its ongoing efforts to help College of Charleston faculty and staff get the most out of Microsoft Office 365, the Division of Information Technology is holding learning opportunities about the Microsoft Outlook Insights add-in.

As part of Microsoft MyAnalytics, Outlook Insights uses past productivity to suggest ways to better manage users’ time to work best for them.

This month, IT will offer three 30-minute online learning sessions covering the Outlook Insights add-in and how it can help Outlook users manage meetings with others, determine when the best time is to send emails to co-workers so they are not reading them after hours, and schedule focus times for tasks like catching up on emails and/or online learning.

The following online sessions are available:

  • For Windows Users: Wednesday, June 16, at 9:30 a.m. (Register Here)
  • For Windows Users: Thursday, June 24, at 2:30 p.m. (Register Here)
  • For Mac Users: Wednesday, June 30, at 9:30 a.m. (Register Here)
