Do you want to learn some tips to make scheduling appointments easier? In a short 30-minute session, staff in the Division of Information Technology will cover some of the best ways to use the Outlook Calendar to make your day-to-day scheduling easier.
Tips will include things like using keyboard shortcuts to make a subsequent meeting and comparing single dates to find the best time for you to schedule something. Two sessions on Outlook Calendar tips will be held July 21 and July 29, 2021.
A session devoted to a Microsoft Outlook Add-In called Find Time will be held July 28. This function gives your meeting attendees a chance to vote on proposed dates that they like the best.
