College of Charleston President Andrew T. Hsu sent the following messageย to faculty and staff on Thursday, Sept. 23, 2021, regarding accessing the presentation given earlier that day about the results of the most recent Great Colleges to Work For survey:
Dear Faculty and Staff:
We had aย greatย turnout for this morningโs virtual town hall session focused onย the results of the 2021ย Great Colleges to Work Forย survey.

I want to thank Richard Boyer of ModernThink for presenting an overview of the surveyย results. As we continue to unpack the results and their meaning, we will commence with the important work of addressing the findings.ย As I stated in my opening remarks in the town hall, we must remain committed toย honesty and transparency as we work toย improve ourย resultsย in the coming months and years.ย I am confident that we, as a campus community,ย will continue to make progress toward becoming a truly great place to work.
