Self-nominations to fill two vacant seats – one at-large representative and one representative of buildings, grounds or custodial – on the Staff Advisory Committee to the President (SAC) are open through Monday, Feb. 7, 2022.

  • At-Large Seat: Any full-time, non-instructional staff members from any department who occupies numbered state lines can self-nominate for the at-large seat. The replacement term ends on June 30, 2022 . The staff member may self-nominate again during the regular election in the spring of 2022 for a standard three-year term beginning on July 1, 2022.  
  • Building/Grounds/Custodial Seat: Full-time, non-instructional staff members from the building/grounds/custodial teams may self-nominate for both the at-large vacancy and the building/grounds/custodial vacancy.  The replacement term ends on June 30, 2024. Full-time, non-instructional staff members from the building/grounds/custodial teams may self-nominate for both the at-large vacancy and the building/grounds/custodial vacancy.  

Employees with the words “president” or “provost” in their titles or who are considered senior administrative officers are not eligible to serve or vote on SAC.

Self-nominations will end on Feb. 7, 2022, with voting expected to begin on Feb. 8, 2022.
