Faculty Can Enter Spring Grades Starting April 26

Starting Tuesday, April 26, 2022, faculty can enter spring final grades electronically via SSB 8 in MyCharleston on the Faculty tab or SSB 9 via the MyPortal Faculty Dashboard.

Final grades must be submitted by May 4 at 5 p.m. and any “F” final grades must be accompanied by the last date of attendance or the whole roster of grades will be rejected. Grades that have been posted will be made available to students via MyPortal on the afternoon of Thursday, May 5.

Faculty members using the OAKS gradebook are reminded that grades can be exported from OAKS to SSB 8 or SSB 9 using the OAKS grades integration.
