College of Charleston to Host NCAA Game Watch Party in TD Arena

The College of Charleston will host fans at TD Arena on Thursday, March 16, 2023, to watch the men’s basketball team take on the San Diego State Aztecs in round one of the Southern Division of the NCAA men’s basketball tournament. The game, which takes place at the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida, tips off at 3:10 p.m. and will air on truTV.

The watch party is free and open to the campus community and the public. Doors will open at 2 p.m. TD Arena’s Clear Bag Policy will be in place. All fans must enter through the main doors to TD Arena on Meeting Street.

Cougar fans can take in the game on large-screen TVs set up in the arena. Concessions will be available for purchase and the Spirit Shop will be open for fans to stock up on College of Charleston gear.

The Cougars earned a spot in the first round of the NCAA Tournament after defeating the University of North Carolina-Wilmington last week to claim the CAA Men’s Basketball Championship.
