College of Charleston President Andrew T. Hsu sent the following message to faculty and staff on Thursday, Sept. 23, 2021, regarding accessing the presentation given earlier that day about the results of the most recent Great Colleges to Work For survey:
Dear Faculty and Staff:
We had a great turnout for this morning’s virtual town hall session focused on the results of the 2021 Great Colleges to Work For survey.

I want to thank Richard Boyer of ModernThink for presenting an overview of the survey results. As we continue to unpack the results and their meaning, we will commence with the important work of addressing the findings. As I stated in my opening remarks in the town hall, we must remain committed to honesty and transparency as we work to improve our results in the coming months and years. I am confident that we, as a campus community, will continue to make progress toward becoming a truly great place to work.
