10. King Street is One of America’s 10 Great Streets: College Urban Studies Experts Explain Why.
The American Planning Association named Charleston’s King Street one of America’s 10 Great Streets earlier this year, and political science professor Kevin Keenan analyzed why it was chosen in this article.

4. Alumni Harness Sun to Power Entrepreneurial Dream, Golf Cart Taxis.
Three 2014 College of Charleston graduates, Matthew Coda, Jake Cotreau and Taylor Denny, founded Golden Sun Taxi shortly after commencement. The solar-powered taxi service uses golf carts to shuttle passengers along the sandy streets of Folly Beach.
3. College Honored by the Princeton Review.

2. College of Charleston Unveils New Logo.
The College worked with Mount Pleasant-based firm Gil Shuler Graphic Design to create a new logo that combines the existing wordmark with our most iconic landmarks – Randolph Hall and the Cistern, flanked by two live oak trees.
