The start of an academic year at the College of Charleston also marks the beginning of a brand-new recruiting cycle for the Division of University Marketing and Enrollment Planning.
Since everyone who works on campus plays a vital role in recruiting new students, it’s important that all faculty and staff are familiar with the application season and how the process works. Here are the application deadlines:
- Oct. 15, 2021 – Early decision: Students who are admitted under early decision agree to commit to the College of Charleston.
- Nov. 1, 2021 – Early action and Honors College priority admission
- Jan. 15, 2021 – Regular decision and Honors College deadline
It’s likely that you will see more prospective students visiting campus in the next few months. This is a wonderful opportunity for us all to showcase the friendly, helpful atmosphere that is a hallmark of the College of Charleston experience.
So, whenever you notice prospects and their families wandering around (they’ll be the ones carrying the distinctive gold bags), be sure to welcome them to the Cougar family!
